Bang Bang Machine - Geek Love

Bang Bang Machine was an English band, who have largely been forgotten among other more profilic bands. Formed in 1991, they were a dancy Manchesteresque band with beautiful breathy vocals by Elizabeth Freeth, with a cult following (with "Geek Love" being the #1 song in the 1992 John Peel Festive 50).

They released 2 albums, Eternal Happiness in 1992, which contained "Geek Love" (based upon a Katherine Dunn book about love amongst circus freaks) and Amphibian in 1995 both on Ultimate Records.
